General Terms & Conditions of Sale

BOOKING :

Confirm option(s):

All bookings are considered final and definitive from the receipt of the duly signed rental agreement and payment for your stay, defined as follows:

. 50% of the total amount as a down-payment upon booking.

. The remaining 50% of the total amount 30 days before arrival.

If this remaining 50% of the total amount is not received within the above-mentioned deadline, L’Ours Blanc Chalet reserves the right to cancel your stay, with no obligation to reimburse the down-payment.

Cancellation & Modifications :

Any cancellation or modifications to your stay must be confirmed in writing (letter or email).

The date of receipt by L’Ours Blanc Chalet prevails as proof. We commit to do our very best to satisfy your various requests and requirements, but cannot guarantee the results.

. Between booking at 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the total amount is due.

. Less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the total amount is due.

SAFETY DEPOSIT :

The person renting commits to presenting a cheque for €5000 (five thousand euros) upon arrival, to serve as a safety deposit for the rented property. This cheque will not be cashed unless a dispute arises at the end of the stay in the Chalet.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE :

L’Ours Blanc Chalet is available as of 4:00 pm on the date of arrival, and must be vacated by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
